Build with a purpose.
Place armor, weapons, engines, and power tile by tile. Mind the firing arcs. A gun behind another gun is just expensive ballast.
You start with a corvette and a travelling yard. What you bring home from the next fight decides what you can build for the one after.
Every gun, reactor, and scar is yours. Make a design, learn where it breaks, and see how far you can take it.

Place armor, weapons, engines, and power tile by tile. Mind the firing arcs. A gun behind another gun is just expensive ballast.
Your ships fight on their own. Play command cards, choose when to push, and know when to withdraw. Then read the debrief.
Repair the damage. Study a captured part. Grow a corvette into a cruiser, and a lone ship into a fleet of three.
Sixty years ago, the Coronal fleets went home. They left the Marches with forts without orders, reactors nobody knew how to build, and people who still needed ships.
Now warlords collect the tolls. The yards keep moving. And the Almanac Office prints the tables.

Ice camps strung along a dead comet’s wake. Since the Coronal patrols stopped coming, the clans settle their claims with guns, and pick every wreck clean by morning.
The engine-tenders sing the maintenance manuals like hymns. A verse for every valve.
A few pages from the Almanac.
The rest, you’ll find on the journey.
For twelve hundred years the Sunburst Throne ruled from Corona, a world built over so completely that its oceans are a rumor. At its height, the Empire held a thousand worlds. It is still large. It is no longer quite awake.
Its tax ships come late, its fleets later, and its clerks are still filing reports from governors who died a generation ago. Nobody at Corona would say the Empire is falling.
Sixty years ago an Emperor died with two heirs and no patience left in either. The War of the Two Suns needed every ship the Empire had. The order went out: all squadrons of the Sunburst, return to Corona.
The squadrons never came back. Along the frontier, the old beacons still carry the order.
Magister Hesper Vaun’s clerks compiled an almanac. They also trained shipwrights, sending them out two by two with a slipway, a crane, and orders to keep moving.
The yards are almost the only people in the Marches who can still build a reactor from nothing. That is why your yard sails with you. Welcome everywhere. Safe nowhere.
“The future is a tide.
Learn the tables.”— HESPER VAUN, FOUNDER OF THE ALMANAC OFFICE

Unzip the download, then move Drydock.app into a folder of your choice. This independent build is ad-hoc signed and isn’t notarized. Right-click the app and choose Open. On newer macOS versions, use System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway if prompted. The included “READ ME FIRST” has more help.
Extract the ZIP, then run Drydock.exe from the extracted folder. Windows SmartScreen may ask you to select More info → Run anyway. The game stores your saves separately, so replacing the game files preserves your progress.
